Personal Profile

Professor Li Chen is currently the dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of Nursing, Jilin University. She is also the member of the Steering Committee of Nursing Education for Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the member of the Nursing Certification Committee of the Ministry of Education, the member of the Chinese Nursing Association, and the chairman of the Educational Branch of The Nursing Association of Jilin Province. In recent years, Professor Chen has undertaken 6 general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects, with a cumulative fund of nearly 12 million yuan. She has won 2 second prizes in natural science of Jilin Province and 3 authorized national invention patents. As the first author or corresponding author, Professor Chen has published 135 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including 77 SCI papers, with a cumulative impact factor of 248.05 points, and she is the editor in chief of 3 national textbooks and the deputy editor of 2 textbooks. Professor Chen has been presented with the Discipline Leading Professor of Jilin Province, the Outstanding Teacher of Bao Gang, the Academic Contribution Award of Jilin Province outstanding Returnee Talents, and the honorary title of Jilin Province Outstanding Contribution Talents.
